Awards Banquet November 10th
Our end of season awards banquet is 10 days away. We will honor all members of the team for their hard work and dedication. As tradition would have it, we will be in the banquet room at Boone's Long Lake Inn, 7208 Secor Road in TC, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10th. The team will have their separate table, front and center, with the night including dinner, award presentation, senior speeches, and a video highlight of the season created by the junior class.
The cost for adults will be $19 each with children twelve and under $7 each. Payment will be made by families (check, card or cash work just fine). Adults have the option of 8 oz. prime rib, chicken breast, cod, or penne pasta. Children have the choice of chicken tenders, hamburger, macaroni and cheese, or penne pasta. There will be a cash bar for those adults wanting an adult beverage or children who want something other than soft drinks which are provided with the meal. If any parent would like to provide a dessert item that would be great since dessert is not included with the meal.
My hope is that all athletes, their parents, and coaching staff can attend. It's a special night that combines the opportunity for parents to socialize among each other and at the same time recognize the accomplishments of each member of the team. Hope to see you there!
Best,
Coach Kay
